As with every other analyst, our forensic pathologists assist clients in the preparation of their cases for court. The spectrum of court preparation services include:

• Ensuring that the client understands the relevant pathology-related issues, particularly the terminology
• Providing relevant illustrative material from resources as well as literature documentation
• Providing suggestions for cross-examination questions
• Monitoring testimony of other experts

Testimony

Dr. Haddix has provided testimony in numerous criminal and civil proceedings in superior court, federal court, grand jury and deposition. A list of testimony dating back to 2002 is available, which well satisfies the Federal Rule 26 requirement. If desired, references for both case consultation and testimony experience can be provided.
