FACL uses “cookies” on its site, which are files that help us to identify repeat visitors to our site and help us to improve access. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our files.

We may receive additional information about you from other publicly and commercially available sources, as permitted by law.
We may also use “Captcha” technology on our website to protect FACL from automated attacks. We do not store any information related to any “Captcha” you may complete.
Why do we collect this information?
FACL collects information solely for its business purpose. We use the information we collect and receive to provide and improve our Services, improve our other products, services, and offerings, as well as to provide you with information you request, or respond to inquiries we receive from you or your company or organization. We also may use such information to analyze how users use the Services and related analysis, research, reporting, and troubleshooting and as we believe is necessary or appropriate to protect, enforce, or defend legal rights, privacy, safety or property, whether our own or that of our employees or agents or others, and to comply with applicable law.
How long do you keep my information?
We keep your information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We will delete your information when we no longer have any ongoing legitimate business need to keep it.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell personal information provided by you to FACL to anyone. Moreover, we only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.

How do you secure my personal information?
We understand that the nature of our Services requires the submission of potentially sensitive information. As such, FACL uses industry standard security measures to protect the information under our control, including encryption, firewalls and other security measures. Any information provided to us via our website is securely transmitted and encrypted. However, we cannot guarantee the security of unencrypted electronic mail traffic.
Once the information is in our system, it is accessible to authorized FACL personnel only, and only for the purpose of providing you with the Services for which we are contracted. Likewise, FACL is not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any personal information you disclose to such other organizations through or in connection with our social media pages, any mobile sites, applications, widgets, and other mobile interactive features.
What about Children’s privacy?
We do not aim our Services directly at children under the age of 18, and do not collect personal information about children under the age of 18.
