We are accredited by ANAB ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Forensic Biology and DNA analysis in forensic casework.
Licenses & Certificates
Forensic Analytical Crime Lab maintains the necessary licenses and certificates in order to perform casework in other forensic science disciplines. The laboratory also has current permits and licenses to operate within Alameda County and the City of Hayward.

Forensic Analytical Crime Lab is Authorized to provide Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Analysis for post-conviction DNA testing in the state of Texas.​

Proficiency Testing
Forensic Analytical Sciences participates in external (annual/semi-annual) and internal proficiency testing of analysts and specific forensic science disciplines through tests provided by Collaborative Testing Services (CTS). By participating in external third-party testing, our laboratory team is assured of being able to provide you with reliable analytical results.
